Our promise: every dose on the label

We'd rather tell you what a product can't do than sell you something it can't. Here is what you can hold us to, on every page of this store.

1. Every dose on the label

The milligrams of every ingredient, printed on the product page next to the actual Supplement Facts panel from the bottle. If something is a blend, we say it's a blend and we print the blend weight. If a number is “before brewing” (the mushroom coffee), we say that too.

2. Timelines we didn't make up

Most supplements are judged in week one and quit in week two. We tell you how long the studies behind each ingredient actually ran — roughly 6–8 weeks for ashwagandha, 12–16 weeks for lion's mane, 90 days for the Alpha formula — and we remind you along the way. Where an ingredient has no human trials (chaga, for example), the page says so.

3. A guarantee as long as the timeline

Capsules, sachets and tubs carry the 90-Day Empty-Bottle Guarantee: take it daily for 90 days; if you don't feel the difference, send us a photo of the empties and we refund every dollar. Coffee, powders and strips carry a First-Cup, First-Scoop or First-Strip taste guarantee instead.

4. A subscription you can leave in one click

One-time purchase is the default on every product. If you subscribe you save 20%, you get an email three days before every charge with a one-click skip, pause or cancel link, and we never move you to a bigger plan. Details on the No-Trap Subscription page.

5. Reviews of the product, only that product

Every review shown on a product page was written by someone who bought that exact product. Nothing is shared across pages, nothing is written by us, and reviews earned through the Empty-Bottle Review Credit are marked as incentivized.

6. Where it's made

Our products are made for us by manufacturing partners in GMP-certified facilities — most in the US; the Energy Strips are made in India — and every order ships from the US. Country of origin is printed on each label.

7. What we won't say

Nothing here prevents, treats or cures any disease, and no page will claim it does. Where a product carries a caution — caffeine, chaga and kidney stones, mushrooms and blood thinners — it's printed in the buy box, not hidden in a footnote, and a “check with your doctor” card ships in every kit.
